Malvern College Switzerland is nestled in the Swiss Alps in the village of Leysin, Switzerland. The campus is centrally positioned in the village and faces south, ensuring a steady stream of sunlight throughout the day.
The village hosts a wide array of amenities that are available to residents of the village, including Malvernians. The village has a population of roughly 4000 with over 60% composed of foreign nationals and pupils.
With the mountain lifts just a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the campus, MCS is a haven for winter and summer sports enthusiasts.
The facilities at Malvern College Switzerland are superb and pupils are encouraged to make the most of what is on offer. There are many different common rooms, several games rooms, a computer lab, a yoga studio, a music room, a large auditorium, a gym, an arts studio, science laboratories, classrooms and a climbing wall.
These on-site facilities are supplemented by the facilities available in the village which include, amongst other things: a sports hall, gym, equestrian facilties, ski slopes and an ice rink.
Rooms are furnished to Malvern College standards providing pupils with a high-quality environment for learning and living. Provision is made for Malvernians to personalise their living space and make it their own.
Our Ski Academy pupils experience the opportunity to train regularly throughout the week with dedicated ski instructors alongside experiencing a well-balanced and integrated academic schedule to ensure each individual athletes’ requirements are shaped. Our MCS staff will remain a pivotal champion of each sport academy pupil to ensure their pastoral and academic needs are supported and their schedule for training and rest are well-balanced. Pupils will have the opportunity to train on the slopes up to five times a week, with a mix of training with the School and with the Leysin Ski club. Gate training will be available at regular opportunities as scheduled by our partners at Leysin Ski Club.
